SitaRam Mantra

The Sita Ram Mantra is a wonderful mantra that is beyond the limitations of space, time and purity. Ram is the all Omnipresent Consciousness, within and without us and Masculine Energy.  Sita is the Shakti of Universe, the Power and the Feminine Energy.  She is the Kundalini Shakti and Ram is Truth & Virtue, the Super Consciousness with whom the Kundalini Shakti merges to give enlightenment and experience of merger of self with the Cosmic Power.

In Hinduism, Ram is considered as ‘MarayadaPurushottam’, the perfect man, and Sita his consort is the perfect example of womanhood. Both exemplify the heights of perfection a human being can achieve.

Ram is bija mantra of the Manipur chakra or Solar Plexus. Chanting the Sita Ram ignites the inner fires which cleanses all physical, mental and karmic impurities. The Will to work & achieve and Wisdom to take the right path to do so, develop with the chanting of Sita Ram. Sita born of Mother Earth represents the Muladhara Chakra.  She is the Earth element in our systems.  She is also the Kundalini Shakti residing in the Muladhara Chakra. Chanting the Sita Ram grants us health, wealth and abundance in life which are the blessings of the Muladhara Chakra or Sita.
.
The constant chanting of the Sita Ram Mantra brings us in touch with our spiritual roots and increases our longing for God. The inner chanting of SitaRam vibrates all the nadis and chakras of the system bringing about cleansing and harmony in the systems. The vibration releases all the toxins from our body and brings equilibrium to the imbalances in our body. As we chant, we experience a deep state of peace and relaxation. Regular chanting dissolves habitual stresses and tensions. Our negative karma burns and dissolves and our inner bliss begins to blossom in us. When we chant SitaRam consistently and in a disciplined manner, we find exuberant vitality and bliss engulfing us. Bhakti or love for God increases. The ego melts away and vanishes.  We live in this world performing our normal duties, yet live in inner peace and ecstasy.

Sita is negative and feminine aspect and Ram is positive and masculine aspect of Godhood. When SitaRam mantra is chanted the feminine and masculine aspects of self are balanced. The yin and yang remain balanced and steady. Both sides of the brain are balanced. This helps to still the monkey mind, the mind becomes calm and gradually the senses come under control. This brings about a wholesome development of personality and character. We become one in thought, word and deed. What we think, we speak and do. There is integration of thought, word and deed in self.  There is steadfastness in behaviour and character. We become straightforward and sincere.  The potential in self blossoms and develops to fullest. SitaRam brings about progress and prosperity in both material and spiritual worlds.

The vibrations of SitaRam form a strong cover,  & shield, which protects us from the negativity around us. We are protected from all evil, psychic attacks and possible harms.
.
The power and vibration of SitaRam mantra change a person in entirety. The peace and inner bliss reflect on the face as tejas or spiritual glow. The improved physical and mental health, balance, prosperity, improved relationships, the connection with inner self and God bring about fulfillment in life. The SitaRam mantra leads us ultimately to supreme self realization.
